Andre Accioly Vieira, Ph.D., is a data science and artificial intelligence leader specializing in turning complex data into high-impact decisions for large, mission-driven organizations. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science (AI), an MBA in Statistics C Data Science, and extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics leadership, Andre brings a rare blend of deep technical rigor and executive-level strategy. As CEO of ǪNeuroAI, Dr. Vieira is an active researcher and builder in advanced machine learning, including 3D medical imaging, hybrid AI–quantum models, and large-scale data pipelines, applying these technologies to healthcare, defense, and enterprise environments. He is known for translating innovative research into practical systems that leaders can actually use. Throughout his career, Dr. Vieira has been instrumental in the design and implementation of analytics frameworks that support operational excellence and strategic planning within large, mission-oriented organizations.
