Biography
Sofia Babool is a medical student in Dallas, Texas, with a strong dedication to advancing health equity through research and clinical practice. Her research focuses on reducing disparities in neurological and dermatologic conditions, with a particular interest in equitable access to care, outcomes research, and representation in medicine. She has contributed to research in neurological health equity and dermatology, including a publication on dermatomyositis. Outside of medicine, she enjoys attending Pilates classes and facilitating youth camps, where she mentors and empowers young leaders.
