I am K. Triveni, currently serving as an ICMR-SRF in the Department of Pharmacology at Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, MAHE, Manipal. My research focuses on the in-vitro evaluation of AMPK activators as modulators of the NLRP3 inflammasome to regulate neuroinflammation in lipopolysaccharide-induced BV2 microglial cell line activation. I have extensive hands-on experience in cell culture, ELISA, and western blot techniques, which I have applied in my current research.
In terms of scholarly contributions, I have authored a review article titled "New Insights on NLRP3 Inflammasome: Mechanisms of Activation, Inhibition, and Epigenetic Regulation," published in the Journal of Neuroimmune Pharmacology, impact factor-6.2, and Q1 quartile. Additionally, I have contributed as a co-author to several other significant publications. These publications highlight my collaborative efforts, spanning neuroinflammation and innovative therapeutic approaches.
